To start cooperation with us, you need to register your company (please provide your tax identification number, contact details, e-mail address) on the website: REGISTRATION numoco
Activation of the account takes up to 24 hours as standard. We send information about account activation to the e-mail address provided in the form up to 24 hours.
We do not charge any additional fees for the service itself, packaging of goods or XML / CSV exchange files.
Stocks are always up-to-date and the same on our website as in XML / CSV.
The files are available after registering your company at www.numoco.com and logging in.

We do not have a minimum order value.

Shipment directly to your customer takes place after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
The invoice is sent in a pdf file to the e-mail address provided during registration.
We do not attach any advertising materials to the parcel.
It is important to provide a different shipping address when placing the order by entering the customer's details and the customer's phone number in the NOTES.
Choose the shipment option - DROPSHIPPING.
If the order will be cash on delivery, please add in the REMARKS the amount of the collection and the bank account number to which the collection amount will be paid. The collection will go directly to your bank account - please indicate the amount of the payment to be paid by your client to the courier.
We do not send dropshipping shipments abroad for cash on delivery.
We operate based on the general rules in force in our regulations.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

RETURN
The product is only refundable if it has manufacturing / manufacturing defects that are not due to the use of the product.
